Bangkok Nightclub Recommendations

Narz Club
Location: Sukhumvit (Asok)
Since 1992, Narz Club has been a prominent venue in Bangkok's nightlife scene. It's advisable not to arrive too early, typically before 11 pm, as most people arrive later. Unlike other Bangkok clubs, it remains open until 4 am, which prevents people from rushing in.
When DJs play Trance, House, Dubstep, and Electronic music on the main floor, people can dance to Hip Hop and Pop music on the lower floor. With enough tables and space, Narz Club is a good recommendation if you're planning a group gathering and want to experience a vibrant atmosphere. However, its popularity has declined in recent years, and it's not as crowded as it once was.
Service charge is 400 Baht, including two free drinks. 200 Baht can buy a beer. No specific dress code. Men should wear pants and avoid wearing tank tops and flip-flops.
Shock39
Location: Petchaburi Road
The crowd consists of Indians, Pakistanis, and Middle Easterners, while the majority are local freelancers. Western guests are few. You can encounter the city's most cunning and shady stereotypes here. Furthermore, tourists should be aware that there's a significant proportion of female-male couples. The venue, accommodating 250 people, is divided into two areas: a dance floor area surrounded by numerous tables, and a bar area with pool tables, offering relaxation and smoking. In most cases, DJs play EDM, Techno, Hip Hop, and Pop music. Including free drinks, the total cost is 350 Baht.

Beam Club
Location: Thonglor
Beam Club is a new star in Bangkok's nightlife scene. The interior is mainly modern, artistic warehouse style, while multiple laser beams and fog add a futuristic atmosphere to the club. The clientele is mostly Thai middle to upper class, with foreigners being a minority. The entry fee is 300 Baht, with drinks at premium prices.
