'Laishi' is a traditional Naxi name meaning 'new valley','City' means 'new'.
Laishi Sea coast is picturesque with clear waters, with Meiquan being the most beautiful. Meiquan's source
originates from the confluence of Wutong Mountain and Beidou Mountain, with surging water emerging from jagged rocks, forming twin ponds, the water is as green as flawless jade, and clear to see a depth of 6 meters.
It's a divine paradise.
Horse riding enthusiasts can go to the horse farm, where enthusiastic Naxi young men will greet you, horses are not fierce, very docile, so don't worry about you falling off.
