Speaking is harmful; silence is tolerance.

When we are misunderstood, we spend a lot of time defending ourselves. But it's futile, no one wants to listen, people are accustomed to judging based on their own perceptions and understandings, and everyone is inherently stubborn. Instead of wasting energy and suffering trying to change others' judgments, it's better to silently accept them and give people space to understand. And the time and effort saved from arguing could be used to realize a longer-term and more valuable life purpose.

If you look at life with a simple perspective, you'll avoid many inexplicable worries; if you measure life with happy footprints, your steps will be light and carefree; if you approach those who help you with a grateful heart, you'll discover many acts of selfless kindness in the world; if you face those who hurt you with a forgiving heart, you'll realize they are also struggling with their own difficulties. Life inevitably has many obstacles to overcome, and time brings many regrets to be remedied; life is full of uncertainties to be understood.

Life is half memory and half continuation. Don't let your heart be disturbed, don't get stuck in emotions.
A person needs half intelligence and half foolishness. If you use your intelligent eyes to look at yourself, you must examine your flaws and mistakes with a mirror-like clarity and attention to detail. If you use your foolish eyes to look at others, as if you can't see the mistakes or gains of others, at least learn to have an idea in your heart. If you speak, you harm. Silence is tolerance.
