To be human, simplicity is key; life, tranquility is key

Time waits for no one; it doesn't even care to wait for you. Don't wait until the flowers have withered to remember to pick them, don't wait until the sun sets to remember the sunlight, don't wait until the person is gone to remember the nostalgia, don't wait until your twilight years to regret. Life isn't about pasting and copying, nor is it about undoing and resetting. If you've made a mistake, you've missed it. There's no room for carelessness or laziness. If you can, make it count; don't let regret replace happiness. Remember: cherish!

Life should be both light and flavorful. The world is so noisy, so it's best to avoid unnecessary calculations and arguments. When things can be accommodated with kindness, don't squeeze them into a narrow space. Some things, some emotions, are better to let go of and savor with a touch of salt. Be a serene and elegant person. However, don't let it become bland – don't lose interest and pursuit in anything. If it's not destined for you, let it go; that's letting it go; if it's destined for you, cherish it and savor it.
To be a person, simplicity is key; life, tranquility is key. If we hold onto the past too tightly, we won't have hands to embrace the present. Only by calming our minds can we let go of everything. In stillness, we can reflect on ourselves, understand which behaviors need correction, and in stillness, we can elevate and purify our lives, and in self-observation, we can achieve enlightenment. The charm of life lies in 'stillness'. Outer tranquility gives beauty, inner tranquility gives wisdom.

Life always has some unspoken secrets, and life always has regrets that cannot be retrieved. All beautiful things in the world are relative, and nothing is perfect. It is precisely because of shortcomings that we are full of hope for the future, we have dreams and pursue them. Therefore, we shouldn't be afraid of setbacks, nor should we avoid worries; only by looking at happiness from the midst of worries can we collect every bit of happiness.
