The Story of the Horse and the Donkey: A Small Fable with a Big Lesson!

Once upon a time, there was a story:
A master had a thousand-li horse and a donkey. They both worked for the master: the donkey pulled the mill, and the horse carried the master around the world. However, the donkey was often ridiculed by the horse.
At noon, the horse ninety-nine times insulted the donkey:
'Useless fellow, all day long, you just keep circling around a millstone. Your eyes are covered, and you're wandering around blindly. What's the point of living like this? You should just die!'
The donkey could no longer bear the horse's insults and cried out, running away.
The next day, the master found the donkey missing and put the horse on the mill.
The horse said, 'I'm meant for a thousand miles. How could I pull a mill?'
'But I want to eat noodles! Without a donkey, I can only eat grains of wheat whole!'
Saying this, the master covered the horse's eyes with a cloth and slapped its behind.
The horse helplessly followed the donkey, circling around the mill.
After working for only one day, the horse felt dizzy, sore, and couldn't take it anymore. It rolled on the ground and gasped, 'Oh dear! I didn't realize how difficult it is for the donkey to do this work. In the future, when commenting on others, you must first try being in their position!'

In fact, the horse did its horse's work, and the donkey did its donkey's work, with clear divisions and each contributing their share. Yet, the horse was greedy and bullied the donkey, suffering a bitter lesson, realizing the donkey's role was also indispensable.
In life, don't carelessly comment on others. Sometimes, you only see one facet of an iceberg, ignoring the other nine tenths underwater.
Know one thing, but not two; don't make baseless claims.
Some things, without the consent of the parties involved, cannot be recklessly exposed, and the resulting damage is not something anyone can bear completely.
Don't distinguish between black and white, distort facts, and don't make random remarks.
Anyone who speaks up about right and wrong is undoubtedly a wrongdoer.
There are always some people around who like to gossip and spread rumors, often unreliable and off-topic, just to satisfy their momentary pleasure, disregarding others' feelings.

You should know: meddling in disputes can easily hurt yourself. Making mistakes is inevitable, and you will fall into a pit if you're not careful.
Rumors are like words written in water, though fleeting, they spread quickly and cause great damage.
Don't cause regret for the sake of momentary pleasure.
Others' difficulties, if you can't help, it's okay not to comfort them, but don't add insult to injury or annoy people.

Control your tongue, don't let trouble come from your words! Do your own things well, and don't meddle in others' affairs.
In life, do as you would be done to.
Everyone has things they cannot say, we should try to understand. When doing things, think from the other person's perspective, and you will understand: everyone has pain that is not for others to see, we should try to comfort them.
In life, don't carelessly comment on others.
