Since we've come into this world, there's no need to stuff all the unpleasantness into our hearts. Life is short, we should maintain an optimistic and cheerful mindset, treating work and life with a heart that will always remain young. When we help others and laugh heartily, when we feel the beauty of the world, the smile on our face tells everyone around us, no matter how old we are, our hearts can always remain young and happy.
At the same time, we must also constantly clear the mental garbage, not letting negative emotions such as pain, anger, anxiety, fear, tension, jealousy, etc., affect our inner world. These bad emotions harm our mental and physical health, erase the joy and happiness of life, and darken our souls, turning life into a prison.
Maintain a child-like curiosity and inquisitiveness
In modern society, the pace is getting faster and faster, people spend their days running between family and work, and they gradually become accustomed to the people and things within a certain range.
