For a newbie who wants to lose weight, what can you think of? Of course, four-character idioms –Eat less and move more.

My company is about 5km away from home, I walk instead of riding a bike or taking a bus, about one hour each way, this is eating more. For dinner, I replace noodles with fruits, yogurt and porridge, this is eating less.

After making a plan, I carefully checked it, feeling that it was not difficult, so I made up my mind and made a flag: persevere for two months!

There is a saying that 'life is most important is the first bucket of gold', when entrepreneurs earn the first bucket of gold, not only have they accumulated valuable primary capital and experience, but they have also gained confidence in facing the unknown difficulties in the future. The day after I started to lose weight, I rushed to the scale as soon as I woke up and measured it, the result was 200g lighter than yesterday, this is one day's result, assuming a 5-day 1kg, from 92kg to 70kg standard weight only needs 110 days, less than 3 months.

Coincidentally, there is a gym just a few hundred meters from my home, it takes about half a month to get there, the annual card is more than 1000 yuan, other cities' gyms' annual card is more than 2000 yuan, I think it's very cheap.

So, out of my longing for a better life and getting married, yes, at that time I was a mother unmarried, and wanted to figure out the point of fitness, so I rashly spent a year's savings to buy the first fitness card and bought several private lessons, now looking back is quite crazy.

For the next half a month, it is the longest time in my life, 5 private lessons a week, 1 hour of training + 40 minutes of aerobic exercise + 20 minutes of stretching.

Finally, I also succeeded in finding a girlfriend, and she was met during a mountain climbing activity in October last year, I just want to say, I love fitness, haha!
