Compared to 2020 Spring Festival, my results are much better now

Consciously exercising, eating, and knowing what to eat and what not to eat are all natural things
This week, I started a fat loss challenge, with the goal of reducing body fat to 12%, as shown in the picture below
It seems like 12% is great, but for me, it's hard to achieve it
I've been in a slightly overweight state since 2016 when I started running, even at my thinnest, my body fat rate was only 19%
But I didn't pay attention to it then, so I didn't persist in it
Many friends might laugh at me for not being able to do it. It's a good laugh, I don't even believe I can do it myself, but I made it my goal
It doesn't matter if you don't reach 100 points, 85 points is also good enough
The more I feel that the goal, as long as you persist in doing it, even if it's slow, it will eventually reach it, the goal will just wait for you, it will only quietly wait for you, watching you
Maybe even 'it' is laughing at you, saying you can't do it
When I see this chart, I'll understand that for us in our 19-39 years old, body fat rate in 11-16 is healthy, standard figure
In 17%-21%, although it is also standard, it is also dangerous, why did I say my body fat rate is still dangerous, it's because of this
At the right age, if you don't have the healthy figure you want, you can't say it
Know that the goal is far away, know that it's difficult to reach it, then keep persisting step by step, approaching it little by little
I've also made preparations, maybe it will take 1 year, maybe 2 years, or even longer
Of course, this is just for the understanding of the current fitness actions, maybe in the future there will be more fields I haven't encountered
I'm convinced that no matter what happens, I can do it
