Week 16 Fitness Results: Weight Loss of 8 Jin, Body Fat Reduced to 20.7%, Target 12%

Goal 12% body fat is really difficult, really difficult, really difficult


Yes, after returning to Beijing, the weight decreased by 8 jinFunny thing is that I haven't returned before the New Year's weightBody fat is 20.7%

I remembered that in 19, the same as the Spring Festival was a lot of weight gain, it took two months to bring the weight down after returning to Beijing, and the body felt comfortable


Compared to 2020 Spring Festival, my results are much better now

Consciously exercising, eating, and knowing what to eat and what not to eat are all natural things

But I didn't pay attention to it then, so I didn't persist in it



Many friends might laugh at me for not being able to do it. It's a good laugh, I don't even believe I can do it myself, but I made it my goal


It doesn't matter if you don't reach 100 points, 85 points is also good enough


The more I feel that the goal, as long as you persist in doing it, even if it's slow, it will eventually reach it, the goal will just wait for you, it will only quietly wait for you, watching you


Maybe even 'it' is laughing at you, saying you can't do it

When I see this chart, I'll understand that for us in our 19-39 years old, body fat rate in 11-16 is healthy, standard figure

Know that the goal is far away, know that it's difficult to reach it, then keep persisting step by step, approaching it little by little
