Why Do Some People Gain Weight When Eating the Same Rice?
Today, a colleague complained to me about why eating large rice would make me gain weight. I had a boxed meal at noon, and saw the picture. But did you know that besides work, from morning to noon, I completed 101 pull-ups, some difficult yoga poses, 2 sets of high-angle decline push-ups, 50 people short push-ups, 40 diamond push-ups, 25 high-angle decline 8-finger push-ups, 200+ diamond fast push-ups, 200 crunches, 160 high-angle decline finger push-ups, 75 high-angle decline push-ups, and 100 squats. The noon meal was just that. And that's why my weight has exceeded 140.
