Arm Stretching Exercise Sharing: Effectively Relieves Fatigue from Sitting Work
Cervical spondylosis is a common ailment among white-collar workers. Long-term desk work, prolonged sitting and inactivity can lead to the trouble of cervical spondylosis, with pain in the neck and shoulders and stiffness in the neck. Now, whether it's office workers working from home or children learning from home, if you sit for too long, you may feel neck pain.
Below, I'd like to share a method to relieve shoulder and neck fatigue and pain. During desk work, you can take a break every hour to move around, so as not to wait until your shoulders are stiff to go for massage, at which point muscle and fascia adhesions are difficult to eliminate.
The method is as follows:

Stand straight, left hand grabs the right wrist from the back, gently pulls it downwards to the left, while moving the right arm and neck feel stretched. Maintain it at your limit for 10 seconds. Relax, repeat on the other side.
Precautions:
This is a relaxing stretch, adjust the movement to a position that feels ‘moderate tension’, do not move while maintaining this stretch posture.
Breathing should be slow and rhythmic. If it is an extension movement, exhale when bending forward, inhale when maintaining the posture. Do not hold your breath during stretching. If you find that the stretching posture makes it impossible for you to breathe naturally, then it is not a true relaxation, remember to pull your body back a little to restore normal breathing.
