She has a large number of fans who are inspired by her photos of her life and physique, by uploading them.

Laurence is constantly achieving all her set goals, influencing more and more people in the process. She likes to do her own thing and doesn't care what others think. How did she do it? Let's take a look at it with a muscle.

Training
Warm-up
Laurence usually spends at least 15-20 minutes warming up before focusing on weight loss. She does this to increase blood flow to the muscles, avoiding injuries and other problems during weightlifting.
As for Laurence's specific warm-up activities, she doesn't always follow the same routine. She likes to be creative and changes it every week. Sometimes she practices dancing, or long-distance warm-up runs. Sometimes she jumps rope or does light exercises.
Glute Training
Laurence is loved by her fans for her legs and glutes. She says it doesn't look very appropriate. To sculpt her amazing physique, Laurence goes through a strict training plan, which includes this gentle exercise.

Warm-up
- Barbell Squats, 4 sets of 10-12 reps (light sets rest for 30 seconds, heavy sets rest for 60 seconds)
- Lunges, 4 sets of 12 steps
- Good Mornings, 4 sets of 10-12 reps
- Single Leg Pulls, 4 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbbell Russian Twists, 4 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbbell Glute Bridges, 12 reps per set, 4 reps each
However, like cardio, Laurence frequently changes and modifies her workouts. Every two weeks or so.

Nutrition
The importance of a clean diet
For health, Laurence believes that diet is more important than any other diet. No processed sugar, no flour, this is how she maintains a flat stomach. Her diet mainly consists of vegetables and fish. Very clean, very Asian-influenced, high protein, moderate fat, low processed food intake. Eat as fresh as possible, away from sugar, 80% of her diet is 20% exercise.
Supplements
As for supplements, Laurence takes only basic whey protein powder and BCAA's. She meets all her nutritional needs through whole organic foods. However, if Laurence spends a lot of time in places with little sunlight, she will add vitamin D3 capsules. Adequate vitamin D3 levels help build more muscle. This also helps control her overall health.
