When to Choose Exercise Time: Morning Training or Afternoon/Evening Training?
If you could choose, morning or evening training is better? First, let's define:
- Morning refers to: morning to noon
- Evening refers to: afternoon to evening
Foreign research indicates that evening (afternoon) training is a bit better, muscle, strength, etc. results are also a little better than morning, in other words, if you are idle, you can choose to train in the afternoon, dusk, etc., at this time, training will be more effective.

Evening training
However, there are other factors to consider, including the fact that most of us also need to go to work or school, and many times we don't have any choice, so we can only choose the time that suits our schedule, that is, most people go to train after class, but even if afternoon/evening training is a bit better, after a day of hard work, many people don't feel like it, which can make your sports performance worse and the results will be less ideal. In addition, the gym may have too many people, which will affect your training, such as equipment, dumbbells, benches are occupied for a long time, causing you to be unable to do certain actions, or make your waiting/resting time very long.
All of the above reasons may also affect your training results. To avoid this problem, some people choose to wake up earlier to train and then go to work or school.
Early morning training may be a very difficult thing, as most urban people are insomniacs. People who wake up early will have a little less, if insomniacs wake up to train, they may be very tired and lack motivation, and their sports performance will be greatly reduced. I have also tried the same experience, and it will be without strength, very tired, and always a little short.
However, I am quite confident that it takes time to change your training time/habit, so the above point is just temporary, and it may take several weeks for you to adapt completely. At that time, morning or evening will be about the same. Humans have a strong ability to adapt, you just need to persevere for a while, let your body adapt, and there is no problem.

This refers to: it is best to do training at the same (fixed) time, that is, if you sometimes do training in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening, then your body may not adapt, which time is your training time, and your sports performance may be unstable, sometimes the state is good, and you feel stronger, and sometimes the state is not good, and you quickly feel tired. Therefore, a fixed time can help your body adapt and make your training more effective and achieve better results. As for the fixed time, it depends on your usual work, life, habits and routines.
