Cucumber is a great slimming vegetable, but it's too cold for the stomach in this chilly early spring; raw cucumber doesn't taste good. Trying to combine it with eggs, whole wheat flour, and pea protein to make pancakes is simple, delicious, and has a balanced nutritional ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins.

Cucumber Egg Whole Wheat Pancakes

・Ingredients・

Cucumber 1, about 200g; Whole wheat flour 30g; Skimmed milk powder 10g; Egg 1; Green onion 1; Salt to taste; Sunflower seed oil to taste;


・Equipment・

Non-stick skillet, bowl, grater


Step.01

Wash the cucumber and shred it with a grater;

Add salt, whole wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, chopped green onion, and egg, and mix well;


Step.03

Heat the non-stick skillet, pour in a moderate amount of sunflower seed oil (sunflower seed oil was a gift from a friend, a relatively healthy cooking oil; you can replace it with other oils),


Step.04

3. Pour in the mixed batter into the pan, cook over medium heat for 3~5 minutes, until both sides are golden brown, and you can take it out;

My coach suggests increasing the intake of high-quality protein, so I usually pair it with main courses such as fish\shrimp\beef;
