Mastering Methods Across Your Body! Elevate Your Training to a New Level

The normal action is to support the body with the elbow, which will be easier. My demonstration action is a bit irregular, more like Hannibal's, but uses similar muscles, and can be done.

Five exercises that will make you stronger, almost the entire muscle group will be trained, which can strengthen strength, muscles, and elevate your training to a higher level. Also, refer to the points mentioned in the abdominal muscle video, don't over use the back muscles to pull up.

2 Wall Handstand Push-ups

Mainly trains the shoulders, triceps, upper chest muscles, secondary upper trapezoid muscles, core muscles, and anterior serratus muscles. This is a flagship exercise to push the strength of the upper body. The entire upper body muscle force is exerted.

Also, facing the wall is better than facing away from the wall, to learn handstand push-ups, this action is a must-practice.

3 Rowing Machine/Typewriter Pull-ups

Mainly trains the back muscles, biceps, forearms, secondary core muscles (and shoulders). This is a flagship exercise to pull the strength of the upper body, more advanced than ordinary pull-ups. It is very effective in training strength and muscle, and the action is very stylish.

  • Opening-arm style: When pulling, pull to one side, and try to extend the other hand as straight as possible, alternating left and right.
  • Typewriter style: After pulling up normally, move left and right.

4 Assisted One-Handed Pull-ups

In the movie 'Battle of Memories', Tony Leung's one of the training actions, mainly trains the back muscles, biceps, forearms, secondary core muscles. This is also a must-pass action.

Also, this action requires a large hand grip and is very easy to sweat and slip. Pay attention carefully.

5 Elbow Level

In the movie 'Edge of Tomorrow', the female protagonist's appearance scene is this action. Difficulty is very high. Note: Elbow Level is not military press, this action is much easier. The hand elbow is bent; military press is straight-arm.

Mainly trains the shoulders, arms, chest muscles, and basic whole-body muscles participate in coordination and stabilization. When doing this action, the whole body is stretched straight as much as possible.
