Day 4 of the Second Phase of Weight Loss (Pipa Pipa)
Goal: 5 days 2kg
Morning weight: 126.8
Evening weight: 126.6 (lost 16.4 lbs, terrifying)
Breakfast is shown in Figure 1, lunch is shown in Figure 2, afternoon is shown in Figure 3, eat tomatoes to fill up.
I reflected on why the evening weight dropped so much, it’s probably because I drank two bags of black coffee and went to the restroom during lunch, so it dropped so terrifyingly. I estimate that if I don’t go to the restroom for lunch tomorrow, it will rebound.
No exercise all day, and my waist hasn't recovered. It was another day of eating and feeling full.
