Below, I will explain them in detail in text form:
Cross-step jump:This action is composed of the basic straight shake jump and foot cross-step.

Focus: The timing of the foot crossing the rope, (the rope is in front of the body and hits the ground at the same time as it jumps, the two feet separate after the rope passes the feet, the rope jumps twice to pass the rope, a complete action is completed), one open one close the rope passes the rope twice.

Note: The front instep lands, the knees are slightly bent.

Knee jump:This action is composed of lifting and lowering one leg and straight shake jump, one leg two taps, the complete action is four taps.

Focus: The entire action has four foot steps crossing the rope, the legs should be raised as flat as possible, the lower legs should be relaxed, and the sole (heel) should be straight.

Note: As above, maintain the rhythm, the jump and land should be elastic.

Toe point jump:This action is composed of alternating forward toe pointing of the two feet and straight shake.

Focus: One leg two taps, four taps. During the exercise, maintain a stable and relaxed rhythm.
Bow step cross-step jump:
This action is composed of switching between left and right bow steps and straight shake jump.

Focus: When doing bow steps, do not make them too large or too small, moderate.

Note: As above, the front instep lands, the heel should not touch the ground.

Finally, I want to explain that, remember one point for these actions, the rope hits the ground to jump, the rope passes the feet to change the action. After continuous practice by everyone, it will be of great help in practicing body coordination and endurance.

Note: Warm up before jumping rope, stretch after jumping rope.
