Try My Lazy Person's Meal - Managing Your Weight Effectively!
Note: A woman's life is on a weight loss journey, and last time I lost weight, I realized that eating a full meal is the key to fat loss!
I was always told before: You're pretty even, quite good-looking, so I've been happy with others' compliments, without realizing it. Until two years ago, when my knees started to have problems, I made a determined decision to manage my weight! After six months, although I haven't reached my ultimate goal, I've already seen some results, and my biggest satisfaction is: my stomach has accepted that healthy eating can also be enjoyable. Now I feel that eating well and being full is a skill. Today I don't talk about motivational big principles. I just share my fast and easy healthy meals for eating well and being full for fat loss.
What can you eat during fat loss? Every meal must have a combination of meat and vegetables, and the weight must be controlled. Meat dishes can include beef, chicken, lamb, and eggs. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are also essential in vegetarian dishes. Main dishes should be replaced with corn, sweet potatoes, or quinoa instead of rice. The most important killer for fat loss is drinking soup twice a week to keep up with energy and nutrition.

Breakfast
1⃣️ cup of milk ➕ 1⃣️ egg ➕ 1⃣️ whole wheat bread ➕
Beef (or chicken, shrimp) ➕ Fruits and Vegetables
Chinese Food: Meat and vegetables combined, eat grains or quinoa as main food
Dinner: Vegetarian
This way of eating is more in line with the principle of eating well in the morning, being full at noon, and eating less in the evening.Key point: Control the total amount, drink plenty of water, and eat a balanced diet!These are my fast and easy healthy meals that are effective during my fat loss. Put effort into making food, preserve the original flavor of the food, and don't be reluctant to eat it. Then take pictures and post them on social media to focus on enjoying the process of making food.
As a housewife, controlling your own diet can bring a subversive change to the entire family's dining culture. For example, in my family, we used to eat no breakfast, fried dough sticks, rice rolls, and beef noodle soup, but now we eat 'emperor's breakfast'.
In the first half of 2019, I was in a stage of ideological struggle and physical preparation. I often encourage myself: I've walked this foodie road for so long, it's time to change my eating habits and learn to appreciate the original flavor of food. I really want to say goodbye to the fatigue and unhealthy state caused by overeating, and when I'm really craving sweets, controlling the total amount is still possible! The biggest gain in adjusting the dietary structure is that I no longer have such a strong attraction to overeating and drinking. I now prefer the freshness and original flavor of food!
