Thirteen, Right Insert Step Diagonal Slash

①Weight center shifts to the left foot, body slightly raised, right foot steps forward half a step, leg extended, simultaneously the right hand holds the whip, the palm facing inward, the forearm is bent upwards, the hand is placed in front of the head, the whip tip points to the right, the left hand supports the right little arm, the eyes look at the whip tip. (Figure II-IV)

②The above action is continuous, the weight center shifts to the right foot, the right knee deep squats, the left foot inserts into the right leg behind, the foot rests on the ground, the knee is slightly bent, simultaneously the right hand holds the whip, from the upper position to the left front diagonal slash on the body’s right side, the whip tip downward high and at the ankle level, the left hand is braced above the head left front, the palm upwards, the fingertips point to the right, the eyes look at the whip tip. (Figure II-V)

Key points: Two movements are coordinated, the slash whip and insert step must be coordinated, the upper body slightly tilts to the right in front.

Fourteen, Horse Step Right Side Push Whip

①The upper body turns left, two arms cross and bend in the chest, the left palm is inward, both palms face inward, straightening the whip straight up in front of the left shoulder, both knees bend, the eyes look forward. (Figure II-VI)

②The above action is continuous, the right foot moves back one large step, both knees bend into a horse step, simultaneously the right hand holds the whip passing in front of the foot, the left hand palm is outward, the fingertips point upward, the eyes look at the whip midpoint. (Figure II-VII)

Key points: Two movements are continuous, the horse step slightly shifts the left foot to the right, push the whip with both arms extended, and align with the shoulders, high.

Fifteen, Turn Around Rest Step Stand Bar

The left foot is used as an axis to turn the body 180 degrees to the left, the right foot is slightly forward, both knees are deeply bent, the right knee is close to the back of the left little leg, the foot rests on the ground, the hips are seated on the back of the right little leg in a resting step. At the same time, both hands hold the whip, both arms in front of the body, bent, the right hand in the palm down, the left hand in the chest, connecting the whip, the eyes look forward. (Figure II-VIII)

Key points: Changing hands to press the whip action must be flexible and quick, the lower limb maintains a resting step, pressing the whip is coordinated with the resting step, and the upper body slightly leans back.

Sixteen, Left Turn Around Rest Step Pressing

①Turn around to the left 180 degrees, form a left resting step, at the same time, both hands hold the whip, the right arm bends in the palm down, and the left arm bends in the palm up, connecting the whip in front of the right shoulder, the eyes look forward. (Figure II-IX)

②The above action is continuous, the right arm extends in front, bends the palm down, and lowers the right arm to the right side of the body, the whip tip is downward high and at the right side of the body, the left hand is braced in front of the head left front, the palm upwards, the fingertips point to the right, the eyes look at the whip tip. (Figure II-X)

③The above position is continuous, the right arm is straightened, the palm is downwards, and the right leg is straightened, the left foot is stepped forward half a step, the right leg is extended, and simultaneously the left arm is bent in the palm up, connecting the whip in front of the right shoulder, the palm upwards, the fingertips point to the right, the eyes look forward.
