Stir-fried Tofu with Green Peppers

Instructions

Crispy Tofu with Tomatoes
Ingredients: Tofu, Tomato Paste, Starch, White Vinegar
Instructions:

2, Cut the tofu into 5cm square blocks, and when cutting, use a gentle force, do not cut it into pieces, be careful.

6, Add white vinegar for the purpose of adjusting the sour and sweet flavor of the tomato sauce. Because using white vinegar instead of aged vinegar because aged vinegar has a strong wheat flavor, the taste is not fresh.

Spinach with Eggs
Instructions: 1, Wash the spinach and cut it into large segments, put it in boiling water for 30 seconds, first put spinach stalks, then put leafy vegetables, squeeze out the water.
