How to Make Spicy Pepper Squid with Kelp
Spicy Pepper Squid and Kelp,Ingredients: Kelp 500g, Spicy Peppers in Brine, Spicy Pickled Ginger in Brine 100g, Fresh Red Chili 150g, Chives 100g, Fresh Ginger 250g.
Instructions:
1Cut kelp and chives into segments; cut fresh ginger into slices; chop spicy peppers in brine and spicy pickled ginger; slice fresh red chili diagonally.
2Heat a pot, add oil and heat, then pour in spicy peppers in brine and spicy pickled ginger to fragrant, then sequentially add fresh red chili → add salt to adjust flavor → add kelp → seafood soy sauce enhances flavor.
