Step 1: Prepare ingredients. 1 block of tender tofu, 2 tomatoes, scallions, and garlic.

Step 2: Cut the tomatoes into horizontal slices and cut the tofu into blocks. Chop scallions and garlic.

Step 3: In a pot, pour in a little oil and sauté the scallion and garlic until fragrant.

Step 4: Put the tomato slices in the pot and sauté until they soften.

Kung Pao Tofu originated from Kung Pao bronchial chicken, and is now a classic Chinese dish. It is a popular dish that can be made at home.

Tips


1. Doubanjiang contains a lot of salt, so don't add salt.


2. Don't use a large spoon to forcefully stir the tofu when it's cooking, as this can break the tofu.
