Ingredients:1 block of tofu, 3 scallion greens,Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste), scallion whites, Dried chili peppers, chicken powder (chicken broth), fragrant oil, salt Instructions:
1Rinse the tofu and cut it into blocks and arrange it on a plate to cool.
2Wash the scallion greens and cut them into segments. Cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces. Cut the scallion whites into slices.

3Heat up a pot and add oil. Add the scallion whites and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant with Doubanjiang.
4Add the tofu blocks and stir-fry for a minute, add half a bowl of water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
