My Spring Vision: Nutritionist's Recipe for Fat-Reducing Red Bean Paste - Enjoy Without Worrying About Weight Gain

Fat Reduction Red Bean Paste

Ingredients and Ratio

300g glutinous rice flour

80g agar powder

3 spoons of green lean powder (approx. 9g)

2 spoons of stevia (approx. 10g)

A suitable amount of coconut oil

Homemade red bean paste in appropriate quantity

Instructions and Steps

1 Pour 300g of glutinous rice flour into a large bowl, add 3 spoons of green lean powder and 2 spoons of stevia and mix until a small dough is formed

2 Pour 80g of agar powder into hot water, stir until a snow-white lump forms, like solidified coconut oil. Knead into a soft dough. (If kneading expands, it means the water is not enough, remember to use hot water, otherwise it will become hard)

3 Then put the agar dough into the glutinous rice flour dough and knead until a large dough with uniform color and no dry powder is formed.

4 Find a plate, brush oil at the bottom, you can also use oil paper, put the dough in, press it flat, so it cooks faster

5 Steam in a pot of boiling water, after the water boils, steam for 15 minutes

6 When time is up, take it out and let it cool slightly. When it cools to a usable temperature, you can operate it with your hands (don't let it cool completely, otherwise it's difficult to package)

7 Pour melted coconut oil on a clean surface. (Using coconut oil helps with fat reduction and adds a subtle coconut aroma to the surface of the green bean paste)

8 Take out the steamed dough and knead into 12 uniform pieces, then cut them into 12 pieces

9 Take out the red bean paste, and prepare 12 pieces that are slightly smaller than the green bean dough for easy insertion

10 Puncture a circle in the surface of the dough with your thumb and put in 1 red bean paste, slowly tighten with your thumb

If there is excess dough at the end, pull off a piece and don't use it. Adjust the shape accordingly.

Some people like square or round green bean pastes, and some like tall cylindrical ones like bean bags, do as you like. Anyway, this green bean paste is soft and flexible, do as you like!

All are ready to eat. Bite into it – soft and chewy with a hint of coconut aroma, not too sweet but very delicious. See if it's still tender and stretches when cold, and it won't become hard when cold.

If you don't finish eating, wrap each one with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for later. Because of the coconut oil, it won't stick together.

Little Yue's Notes:The reason this green bean paste helps with fat reduction is because the three ingredients compared to making regular green bean paste help with fat reduction:

1 Green Lean Powder – A professional detoxifying and slimming powder

2 Stevia – Increases intestinal probiotics and aids digestion

3 Coconut Oil – Contains MCT medium-chain fatty acids that are unlikely to cause obesity.
