Steps:
1. Prepare the required materials. Peel and wash the potatoes.
2. Cut off the base of the seafood mushrooms and divide them into small pieces.
3. Cut the potatoes in half and then cut them into potato slices of uniform thickness – don't cut them too thin, or they will break when cooked.
