Ingredients
Main Ingredient: 1 Egg
Accessories: Appropriate amount of scallion, 3-5 peppercorns, fine salt, edible oil (not recommended to use animal fat), about 50g of water
Procedure
1Put scallion, peppercorns and fine salt into a small bowl with about 25g of water, soak for no less than 10 minutes to make a seasoning water (for later use);
2Evenly coat the inside of the small bowl used for steaming chicken cakes with edible oil (for easy cleaning), beat and mix the egg into a paste (for later use);
3In the seasoning water, add about 25g of hot water, add the filtered solution after removing the scallion and peppercorns to the beaten egg mixture and stir well;
4Put the above 3 into a pot with water and steam for about 5 minutes (start timing when the pot opens)
