Instructions:
1. Clean the Bottled fish, cut into larger chunks; boil in water with salt; rinse again with water, dry with paper towels;
2. Heat oil in a pot, when the oil is hot, fry the Bottled fish over low heat until golden brown;

Instructions

3. Ingredients: Beef, onion, red chili pepper, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar
Instructions:

2. Add water, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar, cornstarch, and pepper; marinate for 15 minutes.
