No Matter How Expensive, You Must Eat Meat: Stir-fried Green Beans and Pork (A Dish for a Full Meal)
Hello everyone, I'm Xiao Liu from Bai Wei Kitchen, and I'll continue to share delicious recipes
I haven't gone out for a while during this time, and my refrigerator is almost empty. I went to the supermarket today and bought two large bags of vegetables to replenish my refrigerator. Our vegetables are relatively affordable, basically the same as before, except for a few individual products and fruits have price fluctuations. Pork is still relatively expensive, other ingredients are basically acceptable. Today I'm making a home-style dish: Green Bean Stir-fry with Pork. If you like this dish, let's take a look!

IngredientsGreen beans, pork, vegetable oil, salt, chicken broth, old soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, starch, dried chili peppers
First, trim the tips of the green beans, wash them, and cut them into strands. Add water to the pot, add a little salt, and add two drops of vegetable oil to maintain the green color of the green beans after blanching. When the water boils, add the green bean strands and blanch for 1 minute, then drain and dry them

Cut the pork into strands and place them in a bowl. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, a little old soy sauce to enhance color, and dry starch to mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok. When the oil is 50% hot, add the pork silk and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add dried chili flakes and continue to stir-fry to release the aroma
Add green bean strands, a little fine salt, and stir-fry for a few times. Then add a little flavor and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly until cooked and plated.

This green and red, fragrant and crisp green bean stir-fry with pork is ready. If you like this dish, try it!
