How to Braise Fish – Delicious and Easy
There are many ways to braise fish, but the methods are similar, just with different local flavors. Today, I'll introduce a more home-style method.
Ingredients and steps to make;
1. Main ingredient: Grass carp and carp can be prepared, one each
2. Auxiliary ingredients: Starch. Shiitake mushrooms. Ginger slices. Garlic. Green onion segments. Cooking wine. Soy sauce. Oyster sauce. Salt. Chicken powder. If you like spicy food, you can add chili.
3. Making:
1. Wash the prepared fish and pat a little dry starch on the fish body.
2. Heat oil in a pan until 70% hot, when putting the fish in, don't flip it immediately, first fry over low heat until it sets, then turn the heat to medium and fry until it's crispy, then fry it until cooked, take it out.
3. Add a little oil to the pan, first sauté ginger slices and garlic to fragrant, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and then add appropriate amount of water, put in shiitake mushrooms and seasonings, bring to a boil. After the soup boils, put the fish in to cook until it's flavorful. Take the fish out and place it on a plate. Finally, add green onion segments to the soup, then add a little starch water so that the soup is thicker and more flavorful. Pour the soup over the fish for eating.
