Recipe for Sour Beef Soup, Braised Japanese Tofu, and Sweet and Sour Carp
Sour Beef Soup
Ingredients Details:
Beef, Tomato, Dollard Plant, Green Onion
Instructions:
1Cut tomatoes into small pieces, dollard plant and vegetable leaves into shreds, keep the vegetable stems for stir-frying
2Heat the fire and add oil
3Heat oil and stir-fry the tomatoes until soft
4Add a little tomato sauce
5Fry until cooked and add water
6Wait until boiling and add beef
7Add dollard plant shreds
8Add a little vinegar, salt
9Turn off the fire and add green onion, finished
Japanese Braised Tofu
Ingredients Details:
Japanese Tofu, Starch, Bell Pepper, Soy Sauce, Oil, Garlic, Fermented Bean Paste, Salt, Red Pepper
Instructions:
1Cut Japanese tofu into small pieces and coat with starch all around.
2Heat the pot and add oil (oil temperature can be relatively high), put the tofu in to fry until the surface is crispy, in the high temperature process, this process takes 3-5 seconds.
3Then remove it and set aside.
4Heat a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry garlic and fermented bean paste with soy sauce until fragrant, mix starch with water and pour into the pot until the pot bubbles (starch water matures).
5Add the fried tofu, green and red peppers, and salt, mix evenly until it thickens to a suitable level.
Sweet and Sour Carp
Ingredients Details:
Carp, Ginger Slices, Green Onion, Liquor, Vinegar, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Water
Instructions:
1Ingredients: Carp (cleaned), Ginger Slices, Green Onion
2Add 1 spoonful of liquor to a bowl.
3Add 2 spoonfuls of vinegar.
4Add 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
5Add 4 spoonfuls of soy sauce.
6Add 5 spoonfuls of water.
7Mix evenly into sweet and sour sauce, ready to use.
8Place a flat-bottom pot on the fire and heat oil, put the carp in to fry on both sides.
9Then add ginger slices and pour in the sweet and sour sauce.
10Boil.
