Clams Don't Need Much Sauce – Mix and Eat Simply, a Simple Drizzle, Delicious and Fragrant
Sea snails, also known as bamboo clams, have a fresh and crispy texture, complemented by a tangy and spicy seasoning. Eating them is highly satisfying.

Ingredients: 500g live sea snails, 30g chopped green onions, 2g chili flakes.

Seasoning: 15g Purple Basil Pesto, 15g Wild Sichuan Peppercorns, 15g rice vinegar, 15g chopped coriander, 20g chili oil, 20g La La Sauce, 30g garlic, 10g MSG.

Instructions: Wash the sea snails and blanch them in boiling water over high heat until cooked through. Immediately transfer them to ice water to cool quickly, then drain and pat dry. Mix with the seasoning and serve.
