Homemade Zongzi Rice Recipe - A Simple Method That Will Make Your Future Breakfast Look Great
Everyone knows that normal meals aren't always finished, there will always be leftovers. Today, I'll share a way to deal with leftover rice – it’s both delicious and easy!
This dish is common in restaurants around the Jiangnan area, but maybe not in the north. I'm not entirely sure. However, I think this method is pretty good. Let's make it now, and please share your opinions in the comments!


Step 1
First, prepare washed vegetables and chop them finely.

Prepare a large green onion and chop it into chopped green onions.

Cut the preserved egg into small dicing.

Heat up the pot and add edible oil. Fry the chopped green onions until fragrant, then add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry until wilted. Add water and an appropriate amount of water, then pour in the cooked rice and diced preserved egg.

After the pot comes to a boil, use a spoon to mash the rice clumps, then add half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of chicken powder, and half a spoon of white pepper.

Boil for about 2-3 minutes before serving.

Once you've done this step, our rice dumplings are ready to be out of the pot.
