Are you making Egg Tart? The kind from KFC...

Who doesn't love the rich milky aroma, silky smooth texture, and sweet and luscious flavor of custard tart?! Especially KFC's, I have to order one every time I go to Kentucky Fried Chicken (it's only 8 yuan a piece – I can't help it!) Take this recipe, and you can make KFC custard tart at home!

Ingredients needed:

100g whole milk

170g heavy cream

35g white sugar (if you especially like it sweet, you can add condensed milk)

2 eggs

12 egg tart shells

Instructions:

1. Fully blend 100g whole milk and 35g white sugar

2. Add 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk, and stir well

3. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then thaw the egg tart shells (in summer, be careful not to thaw them excessively, as the butter egg tart shells are very easy to melt)

4. Add 170g heavy cream and stir well

5. Strain the liquid twice through a sieve (this step is essential to ensure a delicate texture, do not omit it)

6. Pour the liquid into the egg tart shells, 90% full is fine, full when baked

7. Upper and lower heat 210 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes

If you prefer a stronger caramelization, you can extend the baking time accordingly, as the coloring happens quickly, so you need to watch it closely as it gets later to prevent burning!

How about it, isn't it simple? Try it now, eat as many as you want!
