3 Eggs, 1 Bowl of Noodles, Teach You to Make Fragrant, Crispy, and Soft Sausage Rolls (Without Yeast or Water - Truly Addictive)

Recently, a flour craze has swept the nation, and everyone has become a foodie, making all kinds of delicious snacks with flour. Since it's a boring time at home and there's a risk of going out to buy supplies, I'm sharing a family-friendly Sausage Roll recipe that doesn't require dough, doesn't take a long time, just knead it and cut it into pieces.

Sausage Rolls (Family Quick Version)

Ingredients: 250g ordinary flour, 3 eggs, white sugar to taste, malt sugar to taste, water to taste

Step 1: Add 3 eggs to the flour and stir into a flour paste, then knead into a smooth, slightly soft dough, and proof for 10 minutes.

❤️ Only using eggs and flour, the finished product will be more fluffy and crisp, compared to making dough, it saves a lot of tedious steps ❤️. ❤️ If the eggs added are too small, you can add more eggs or warm water appropriately. ❤️ Let the dough proof properly, it's less likely to develop gluten, and the finished product will be relatively softer.

Step 2: After the dough proofs, you don't need to knead it anymore. On a cutting board, sprinkle a little dry powder, press the dough flat with a rolling pin into a rectangular pie crust, first cut it into wide strips and then cut it into narrow strips for later use. ❤️ Make sure to sprinkle plenty of dry powder to prevent sticking during cutting, and shake it off after cutting to prevent the long strips from sticking together.

Step 3: Prepare a pot of hot oil, when the oil temperature is about 60% hot, put in the long strips, and start frying over medium heat until they float and the volume increases, don't fry for too long, although it looks beautiful when it's browned, it will be hard and not crispy when eaten. After frying, take it out and in the container, you can lay some oil paper, absorb the excess oil. ❤️ How to measure oil temperature? A clean and dry wooden stick inserted into the oil pot, the surface will immediately produce a dense bubble.

Step 4: Start a new pot, add white sugar, water, malt sugar, medium heat slowly melt the white sugar and malt sugar, then reduce the heat and evaporate the water until the chopsticks can draw silk. At this time add white sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, red date shreds, raisins or other, stir well, and then put in the fried dough strips, quickly coat and out of the pot, put it into the mold, press it tightly. ❤️ I've experimented many times, the sugar syrup for one-time use needs to be more, not sticky, if it's too little, it will disperse, and there's a key point that needs to be pressed tightly, and the sugar syrup needs to make up for it externally.
