Two Injured Animals, Born of Sympathy and Friendship, Create Healing and Heartwarming Scenes
Friendship is both precious and indispensable, whether it's humans or other animals in this vast world. But how difficult it is to obtain a friendship! Perhaps because of this, friendship appears so noble.
Actually, animals also have their own friendships, but we often don't notice them. If animals spend enough time together and genuinely want to see the best in each other, it's not impossible for them to form a friendship, especially when they share a common hardship; they can truly understand what 'empathy' means!

Speaking of animal empathy, there's a heartwarming story recently: A Chihuahua with a lost ability to walk encountered a pigeon with a broken wing. During the recovery period, they quickly developed a friendship!
This happened in New York City, where the Mia Foundation, an animal rescue organization, recently received assistance. A kind person discovered a very weak puppy and requested the organization to take it in for care!
The dog, a Chihuahua, was named Lundy by the staff. After a thorough examination by a veterinarian, it was found that Lundy's spine was severely damaged, so it would be unable to walk normally, and it's likely to be a dog with a physical disability for life!

Within the animal rescue organization, injured animals receive special care and are brought to specific locations to live. It was at this time that Chihuahua Lundy (Lundy) met its most important companion: a pigeon named Herman!

Herman, the pigeon, arrived at the center first. Due to a recent wing injury, he couldn't fly, and he was caught. Fortunately, he was taken to the center for treatment!
By chance, these two animals with similar hardships met. One is a dog unable to move, and the other is a pigeon unable to fly. In this situation, they quickly became friends. The first time they met, they didn't feel strange but rather gently touched each other to express their goodwill!
It is said that because these two animals can't move normally, they spend their days sleeping on blankets and playing together, with the pigeon riding on the dog's back, and the dog doesn't mind at all, which shows how close their relationship is!
Perhaps they could both empathize with each other, so the seeds of friendship began to sprout. It's such a heartwarming and healing sight to outsiders, and we hope their relationship will continue to be good!
