Recently, in the area of Via Pizzocaro street, a 13-year-old boy was walking out with his two dogs, and one of the dogs left feces on the street. Because the boy didn't immediately clean it up and was seen by an elderly man of about 70 years old, the elderly man directly picked up the feces with his hand and chased up to the boy, applying the feces to the child's face before leaving.
