Heartbreaking! A 6-Year-Old Dog Saves 6 People During Hotel Collapse, But Its Paws Are Severely Injured...
As of 11:05 AM on March 12th, after 111 hours of tense rescue, the last trapped person was found. Sadly, there were no vital signs. Fire rescue personnel mourned at the scene. To date, the collapse of the Xin Jia Hotel in Quancheng District, Quanzhou, has resulted in 71 people being rescued completely, and the accident caused 29 deaths.
At the Quanzhou Xin Jia Hotel collapse site, rescue dog Bei Bei tirelessly circled by Firefighter Yi Wenbin of the Xiamen Fire Rescue Brigade, seemingly saying, ‘I can still!’However, Yi Wenbin said sadly that he couldn’t speak, because Bei Bei had frantically searched for life signs for hours, with its four paws already severely injured and infected.

It was it, which first discovered a family of survivors, giving rescuers precious time to help.
On the night of March 7th, when facing the rubble of hundreds of square meters, Bei Bei carefully sniffed through every crack and hole, not missing a single trace of life energy. Within 15 minutes, it barked at a crack and wagged its tail excitedly, calling out to Yi Wenbin.

‘Someone is here!’ Yi Wenbin and his teammates immediately knelt down, banging on the debris and shouting into the cracks. Sure enough, a response came from the crack, ‘We three are alive!’

On that day, Bei Bei rescued 3 people, and by March 10th, it had rescued 6 people!
Learning that Bei Bei was injured during the rescue, citizens were heartbroken and sent it large bags of dog food, one 10-kilogram bag, plus snacks.
Currently, 9 rescue dogs from Fujian Fire Department are assisting in the rescue.

Bei Bei, you and your comrades have worked hard!
