Recently, Indian media released a video of Indian police pretending to be brown bears to drive away monkeys. To prevent wild monkeys from attacking Indian observation posts on the Sino-Indian border, several police officers in the Milty camp of the Uttarkhand province of India wore bear costumes and drove away the nearby monkeys.

According to the Russian Satellite News Agency on September 9, more and more primates, monkeys, have left their natural habitats in India and occupied airports, government agencies, military bases, religious sites, and even entire villages. The monkey infestation has become a national problem in India.

Recently, two Indian border police officers adopted a new strategy to drive away wild monkeys, namely pretending to be brown bears. It was seen that the two officers in bear costumes slid down the hillside and drove away more than ten monkeys to the nearby forest.

In fact, 'bear sightings' were first tried at the Sadar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in the Hamadabad province and succeeded. However, animal experts warned that primates, like their close relatives humans, learn quickly and may soon discover that the bears are fake.

It is reported that there are more than 2 million monkeys in India, and the local government is taking a large-scale sterilization plan to control the monkey population.
