Regarding the 38th China Luoyang Peony Culture Festival Peony Viewing Garden

Ticket, parking fee and related service price notification

To the development reform commissions of all cities and districts, and all peony viewing gardens and parking lot operating units:

In order to maintain the basic price stability of the Luoyang Peony Culture Festival tourism market during the period, and with the approval of the China Luoyang Peony Culture Festival Steering Committee, we hereby announce the following regarding the prices of tickets, parking fees and related services during the 38th China Luoyang Peony Culture Festival:

I. Peony Viewing Garden Ticket Prices

Yang Garden, West Garden, Tianxiang Garden, Luoyang Agricultural Expo Park and Tanyu Garden implement free flower viewing and tour activities.

The China National Garden, Sui and Tang Dynasties Ruins Botanical Garden and National Peony Garden ticket prices are 10 yuan/ticket on Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays), and 30 yuan/ticket on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Wangcheng Park (including animal park) ticket prices are 20 yuan/ticket on Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays), and 30 yuan/ticket on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Private flower viewing gardens can independently determine prices, and ticket prices should be actively displayed and reported to the relevant price departments in their respective districts.

Peony viewing garden ticket prices will be implemented from April 1st to May 5th. All peony viewing gardens should strictly implement national and provincial tourism scenic area ticket prices and Luoyang City's 'Enjoy Flowers and Benefit Citizens' related policies, and actively maintain the tourism market price order.

II. Parking Lot (Point) Charging

Parking lots (points) that have been registered or approved in urban districts implement charge-per-use, and continue to implement the existing charging standards: small vehicles 3 yuan/use, medium-sized vehicles 5 yuan/use, large vehicles 8 yuan/use, overnight vehicles 10 yuan/use, and parking within 30 minutes is free.

Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area Parking Lot, Guanlin Scenic Area Parking Lot, White Horse Temple Scenic Area Parking Lot, Longmen High-Speed Rail Temporary Parking Lot and Longmen High-Speed Rail North Square Underground Parking Lot will implement the charging standards approved previously.

Relevant price departments in all counties (cities) should, in accordance with this notification, carry out price management work in their respective districts during the Luoyang Peony Culture Festival.
