Litong County Vegetable Modern Agricultural Park Becomes Ganzi Prefecture’s First Provincial Four-Star Modern Agricultural Park

Litong County Vegetable Modern Agricultural Park was listed on the list of four-star provincial modern agricultural parks. This modern agricultural park has become the first provincial four-star modern agricultural park in Ganzi Prefecture.
Litong County Vegetable Modern Agricultural Park, also known as Litong Tu Sang Modern Agricultural Park, was established in 2016. Located along National Highway 227, it is within the core area of the Golden River Basin International Boutique Tourism District and the Asian Ring Two-Hour Tourism Circle. The scenic area has superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The park covers an area of 10 square kilometers, with a core area of 3.59 square kilometers. It is planned and constructed according to the development model of 'one park, multiple bodies, circular planting, and three-dimensional deep integration.' The park includes the only successful application in the Tibetan area to be designated as Sichuan Province's 'export vegetable planting base' and 'export vegetable processing base' – Kangzang Sunshine; a provincial poverty alleviation demonstration village with integrated tourism and agriculture – Hango Flower Village; surrounding the scenic protection area of Ernosixi; the meeting place of the Shok, Wang Zhen, Red Six Army Group and Red Fourth Front Army Thirty-second Army – Yangyang Temple; and a tent restaurant with a theme of traditional Tibetan culture. It also includes an ecological, pesticide-free fruit and vegetable production center – Shuangchu Center; and a star-gazing tent campsite for self-driving enthusiasts. The area is surrounded by seas of flowers such as Edelweiss and Chrysanthemums, and Hango Flower Sea. There are also characteristic guesthouses offering experiences of ethnic culture and pastoral culture. A multifunctional tourist center showcases Tibetan art forms such as thangkas, Tibetan incense, and stone carvings.
Since 2018, the Litong Tu Sang Modern Agricultural Park Tourism Scenic Area has invested special funds to implement an improvement plan for road construction, village appearance, parking lots, signage systems, and tourist toilets, increasing the investment intensity of the scenic area and quickly promoting the construction and improvement of various hardware and software functions to ensure the orderly progress of the creation work, forming a strong creation synergy.
Litong Tu Sang Modern Agricultural Park Tourism Scenic Area has complete service facilities, beautiful scenery, unique culture, excellent environment, and quality service. It integrates agricultural tourism, fruit and vegetable picking, camping, flower sea viewing, temple tourism, horseback riding, archery, and other entertainment activities. It is a composite resort area integrating agriculture, culture, and tourism in a deep, integrated manner.
Through the creation efforts, the quality of Litong Tu Sang Modern Agricultural Park Tourism Scenic Area has been further enhanced, which has stimulated the enthusiasm of surrounding residents to engage in tourism services. The 'rural to tourist village, home to guest house' effect is gradually becoming apparent, helping to alleviate poverty and enrich lives in the surrounding rural areas. Currently, more than 100 people are employed through the scenic area platform.
