Making Yourself Happy is a Lifelong Course
My mood has been fluctuating lately, but every morning when I pull back the curtains, the sunlight streams down, even if the outside isn't lined with lush trees, the bright, clear light passing over the clean clothes hanging there, makes me feel that the weather is gradually warming up and the daylight is growing longer, bringing with it a sense of comfort.
When my mood is unstable, the most important thing is to find some 'happy-making' healing strategies, such as learning to forget.
