Translation: When we are quiet, our minds will be as clear as still water, at which time we can discover the true origin of human nature; when we are leisurely, our demeanor is as comfortable and relaxed as a clear blue sky, at which time we can discover the true soul of human nature; when we are in a state of detachment from fame and fortune, our inner world is like a calm lake, humble and amiable, at which time we can gain the true principles of life. To observe the true principles of life, there is no better way than these three methods.
How to have a calm mind and a relaxed demeanor?
1. Through exercise to calm yourself down.Exercise is one of the methods I most advocate. Exercise not only allows us to let go of unpleasant and worrying things, but also gives us a healthy and powerful body, allowing us to walk further and longer on the road of life. What's more important than your own health? All problems need to be solved on the basis of having a healthy body. Dear friends, when you are worried, go out and exercise.
2. Through learning to calm yourself down.We can enter a strange world through the thoughts and words in the book. In this world, we can 'become' the characters in the book, enjoying the joy and sorrow, or being affectionate. We can observe beautiful scenery and ancient sites through the author's thinking. 3. Through talking to calm yourself down.When we can gain peace through reading and looking, a better way is to let ourselves pour out our worries. Some people write them down through diaries, Weibo, or articles. These methods are all very effective. I recommend writing down your worries, as it can both dispel worries and improve yourself.
