Today, the Fang Cheng isolation ward finally released patients. I also finished my work in the ward. Returning home after disinfecting and washing up, I decided to write to you first to let you know that I'm okay! Here, we've communicated through phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face visits to provide psychological assessments and interventions for patients. When I put on the protective suit and entered the isolation zone for close contact with patients, I could better understand their complex psychological states. During these days without family, we became comrades, friends, and family members. Every time they grabbed my hand, even through three layers of gloves, I could still feel their trust, their strength, and their enthusiasm.
