Growth Through Praise, Maturity Through Criticism

Life is full of ups and downs, joy and sorrow, which constitutes a complete life. Life is like wine, containing sourness, sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness. A vibrant life comes from simplicity. Life isn't always about grand events or dramatic waves; appreciating the quiet moments of calm and the serenity after snowfall reveals the truth of simple beauty and the blessings of a simple life.

Be confident but not arrogant, decisive but not domineering, self-respectful but not self-absorbed, meticulous but not overly formal, content without being greedy, ordinary without being commonplace, amiable but not careless, relaxed but not indulgent, earnest but not critical. When things go smoothly, it's best to remain calm; when faced with adversity, it's best to endure; when faced with urgent matters, it's best to slow down; when facing major matters, it's best to remain calm. Small achievements depend on friends, and great achievements depend on enemies; growth comes from recognition, and maturity comes from criticism.
Life is actually very simple. Once today passes, it becomes tomorrow. Those who are struggling will only become clear marks in life. A peaceful life is a blessing; a tranquil life is genuine and free. Simple things, when deeply considered, become complicated. There is a kind of feeling called carrying weight, holding up and letting go is called burden, carrying and not letting go is called pressure. Use addition to love others, subtraction to resent, multiplication to be grateful.

Once you've decided on something, don't hesitate; once you've chosen a direction, just keep moving forward, don't look back. When you should let go, let go; you can then free up your hands to grasp your own happiness and well-being. Some things cannot be waited for; a momentary hesitation will leave a permanent regret. If happiness isn't at the turn of the road, it must be at the end of the road.
