A Restless Heart, All Things Return to Zero

One thought is heaven, one thought is hell. Standing on the brink of life and death, joy and sorrow are intertwined in a single moment. Life has neither pure sweetness nor bitterness; it always hides sweetness within bitterness and contains bitterness within sweetness. A single choice between thoughts has no decisive right or wrong; if you take it too seriously and dwell on it too much, even what is right can become wrong. With a broad heart and a calm mind, even mistakes become right. The mystery of life is like the Tai Chi diagram – yin and yang are separated yet interdependent. Your thoughts are the source of your joy and sorrow. True happiness in life is simply a matter of 'letting go'

Life's three treasures – diligence, frugality, and tranquility. Diligence compensates for shortcomings; sweat nourishes the harvest. Heaven rewards the diligent; the more diligently you work, the more you will gain. A forest that lasts for a hundred years can be ruined in a single day. Waste is like a flowing river, disappearing without a trace; frugality is like a small stream that accumulates into a vast ocean. Tranquility prevents chaos; chaos breeds worry. Diligence gives us what we have, frugality elevates our morality, and tranquility brings us a peaceful life. Without frugality, diligence is in vain; without a tranquil mind, everything falls apart.
Broadness creates a path, tolerance creates a measure, tolerance is a great virtue, a vast heart, and a noble quality. Broader than the sea is the sky; broader than the sky is a person's heart. A heart can hold everything; the ocean embraces everything. True beauty comes from tolerance; tolerance is light, guiding those who are lost. A gentleman is clear-hearted; a petty person is always worried. Everyone should have a heart of tolerance; don't let trivial matters trouble you.

Often, when we say 'letting go,' we haven't truly let go; we're merely pretending to be happy, quietly touching our wounds in lonely corners. What we cling to often deceives us. Who we cling to often harms us. Therefore, we must learn to let go, to take a relaxed attitude, without worry, without counting losses; it doesn't matter if it's right or wrong. Whatever you lose, don't lose your good mood.
