Treat happiness as a pursuit, grow slowly through challenges, and savor the taste of happiness little by little.

People's suffering stems from excessive pursuit of completeness. Troubles have no roots; simply letting them go, and they vanish. Confusion has no origin; stop investigating it, and it disappears. Many things exist only for a moment; if you have them in your heart, everything becomes heavy; if you don't, everything feels light.

A calm person is never a burden, and a wise person never gets hurt. When we experience setbacks, we eventually understand that nothing lasts forever, and there's no need to obsess.
Wealth, no matter how abundant, can bring hidden sorrows. A simple and plain life can also bring happiness and fulfillment. We often lament the twilight of life, unaware that time passes faster than our own aging.

The heart is like a container that needs to be refreshed and emptied from time to time. Only by facing the sunlight, treating pain as a test, and happiness as a pursuit, can we slowly savor the taste of happiness.
