Having a Clear Heart, Therefore Being at Ease

Not being able to let go of others is a lack of compassion. Not being able to let go of oneself is a lack of wisdom. We encounter many people and things every day, and it's inevitable that external things will affect our mood. Let's open our minds and maintain a calm and steady, independent and serene state of mind, no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in. Use wisdom and compassion to handle problems, and your heart will not become knotted, allowing you to be clear and free.

Calmness of mind, therefore, is freedom. Freedom is a feeling of comfort. The great freedom in life is a heart without restraint, and a body without boundaries. Living calmly is living freely. Calmness is a kind of elegance and composure, a sense of detachment. Those who live calmly always seek to do things with integrity, and doing their best is sufficient. Whether traveling or sitting, whether rich or poor, whether honored or humiliated, they remain serene; they observe flowers blooming and fading before their eyes, clouds rolling and dissipating in the sky – this is true liberation.
Life is a special gift from heaven. Even if you fall into a despairing swamp, you should grasp onto even the smallest glimmer of praise worth admiring, encouraging yourself to persevere and not give up. As long as there's a glimmer of hope, we must live strongly, because life offers hope.

Life is actually very simple. If you like something, strive for it; if you get it, cherish it; if you lose it, forget it. What is yours is yours. The tighter you hold, the easier it is to lose. We have worked hard and cherished it, with a clear conscience. The rest, we leave to fate.
