Jokes may not always be funny; worries shouldn't be dwelt upon.

Slowly, they fade away; gradually, they are forgotten. Life's affairs are like this – many familiar people, if you don't cherish them, they'll eventually fade away; many familiar things, if you don't revisit them, they'll gradually be forgotten. The winds of time not only diminish our emotions, but also cool our hearts; time's hand not only blurs your perception of me, but also causes me to forget you. Even familiar roads, if you don't walk them, will evoke unfamiliar feelings. This is the nature of life.

Life's journey is inevitably filled with many experiences. Along the way, there may be laughter; there may be tears of frustration; we make choices with a sense of disorientation; we experience the confidence of success; we receive the warnings of failure. Every experience is precious. Life's richness comes from our compassion; life's beauty comes from having a calm and accepting heart. Life doesn't need to be meticulously crafted; as long as we work steadily and live simply.

Young people often hope their lives will be filled with music, painting, poetry, wine and flowers. But ultimately, we are inevitably drawn to the mundane realities of rice, oil, vinegar, salt and tea.
Anger isn't an expression; it's a reflection of one's mindset. Not all jokes are funny; worry shouldn't be indulged. 'Officials can build boats in their bellies, and generals can ride horses on their foreheads.' In the face of worldly affairs, we've learned to see them as fleeting illusions. I'm happy not because the world is perpetually peaceful, but because I don't want to live a painful existence. Be patient with anger, add years to your life; be calm, and give others some leeway. Even in a chaotic world, I maintain a peaceful heart, and life can be happy and content.
