Training

In addition to a standard weightlifting program, Izabelly sometimes incorporates sprint runs to build muscle. Sprint runs not only help burn fat quickly but also activate deeper muscle fibers in her legs, which are often difficult to activate through regular weightlifting. She believes this is the key to her excellent development of her lower body.

Typically, she performs short runs twice a week. One is for recovery, and the other is for muscle building. For example, on Wednesdays, she will do a short sprint workout: three 100-meter sprints with 2 minutes of rest in between. This intensity isn't enough to cause muscle tissue to collapse, but it does increase blood flow, which speeds up muscle recovery.

On Saturdays, she does a more intense sprint race consisting of 10 x 100-meter sprints with only 1 minute of rest in between. This allows her muscles to remain constantly stimulated, causing micro-tears deep within the muscle tissue while burning fat.

Nutrition

Izabelly prefers a simple nutritional approach, eating what her body truly desires, and she doesn't restrict herself if she craves certain foods. However, she never overeats, especially unhealthy foods like pizza and hamburgers. If she does indulge, she carefully tracks her nutrition. If her goal is fat loss, she ensures she stays within her daily calorie limit.

Izabelly regularly takes only one supplement: whey protein powder. Besides that, if she doesn't consume enough vegetables throughout the day, she adds superfoods or vegetable blends. She can also take a multi-vitamin supplement based on whole foods to meet her daily micronutrient needs.
