Seasoning: soy sauce, rice wine, salt, oyster sauce, black pepper, vegetable fresh


The method is as follows

1. Italian pasta is relatively hard, so it needs to be boiled for 8 minutes in hot water beforehand;


2. Cut the pork into strips, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and ginger slices, marinate for about 10 minutes, heat oil and stir-fry;

3. Cut the carrots into strips, chop the white cabbage and put it into the pot, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir-fry;

Pack into divided meal boxes, take to the unit, heat in microwave pot at noon to eat.


There's no cooking technique, just match the ingredients to make simple stir-fried noodles, it's okay to eat lean pork during weight loss, 100g lean pork contains 20.3g of protein, 6.2g of fat and 1.5g of carbohydrates, it's also a high-protein, low-fat meat, but don't eat fatty pork during weight loss, as it has a high fat content.
