Super Low-Fat Vegetable Balls, Nutritious and Healthy
Blanch and cut spinach into segments, blanch and shred carrots, fry eggs until cooked, blanch vermicelli noodles into small segments.

Add salt, a little soy sauce, a little sesame oil, and best of all, some unsalted kelp (it will be especially flavorful).

Prepare cornstarch (I use cornstarch milled at home, slightly rough, but doesn't affect the taste).
Take a ball and mix it well, then shape it into a ball (this step is really difficult!), coating the outside with dry noodles, pressing firmly, dipping in water and coating with dry noodles repeatedly 2-3 times, finally the ball surface is smooth and without wet noodles.

Steam for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the balls.

Out of the pot, delicious vegetable balls are ready! Low-fat and nutritious, and with a super strong satiety.

You can also try it, the amount of vegetables inside can be adjusted at will, mainly depending on your own preferences, I usually put whatever I have at home, no restraint, haha! My husband liked it so much that he asked me to make it for him, I love this feeling!
